This adds an ugly Main.quarksPackagePrefix hackaround to get the quark dir
that matches Class-filenameSymbol for classes in quarks, since filenameSymbol
does not resolve symlinks on OSX while they do so on linux. And there's no
String or PathName method to resolve symlinks that works on OSX.
