Option to compile without libsndfile (deactivating buffer read/write, and NRT mode), via
-DNO_LIBSNDFILE flag. Works fine for server+plugins so far, lang todo.
Also improve scons compile when FFTW=0: pass -DSC_FFT_NONE flag.
