bugfixes; build system changed again %-)
[*] build system changed again (bye-bye,Trigger %-)
[*] seems that proxy authentication was broken %-(
[+] added proxy authentication for CONNECT method
[?] is it right to pass user and password in GET for proxified HTTP request?
or i should do it with Authorization: header field?
(changed to use "Authorization" for now)
[+] added port info to "Host" field
[+] added "const" here and there
