   3 Each month a contributors meeting is organized. It currently happens
   4 on **third day** of the month on [[#tails-dev|contribute/chat]] at
   5 9pm CEST or CET (7pm or 8pm UTC). Everybody is welcome to attend, existing
   6 contributors and those who want to become one.

   8 Feel free to propose and prepare discussion topics:

  10   - Raise them in this thread so that others can ask details and prepare the
  11     discussion too.

  13   - Update the [[blueprint of the agenda|blueprint/monthly_meeting]].

  15   - Make sure that the discussion tickets that you want to treat during the
  16     meeting are well detailed on Redmine.

  18 If you want to get involved but don't know yet how, please introduce
  19 yourself during the meeting, and be sure to tell us what you are
  20 interested in.

  22 The meeting might not be the most adequate time and place to properly
  23 introduce newcomers to the development process
  24 ([[contribute/low-hanging_fruit_sessions]] are more appropriate), but
  25 at least it should be a fine place to know each others, and schedule
  26 a better suited event.

  30   - Explain in details the decisions that were taken.
  31   - Keep track of the brainstorming that we did if no decision was
  32     taken.
  33   - Include names of people who took responsibilities.
  34   - Update Redmine tickets accordingly and point them to the meeting
  35     notes (unless someone else volunteers to do it on some tickets).
