Don't ever install the gnome-core packages list.

Instead, explicitly install the packages we want from this list (gnome-themes,
desktop-base, standard-x11 packages list) and from the gnome-core meta-package
dependencies list.

Therefore, don't remove packages pulled by gnome-core at the end of the build
process: they should now not be installed at all.
