separated CoordinateTransform parts of lenscorrection.NonLinearTransform
into mpicbg.trakem2.transform.NonLinearCoordinateTransform
this enables to use a light-weight transform in dependent code without
copying or depending on full TrakEM2_, e.g. the rendering web-service
