show a generic loading icon when we are doing work making an oauth request, then remove it and show the content, and start the quick functions that can easily request an entire timeline with custom parameters with something like "loadhome({count:40})", etc (right now you cant send params, but you get the idea of what will be there later).

a final note about this and probably (quite) a few future commis, these still dont really reflect what i'm trying to do with the design. i'm not much of a designer so right now im focusing on getting some basic functionality streamlined before i start doing the rest of the design like menus, "infinite scrolling", etc. more on this in future commits.
