vss2svn.pl: Improve error reporting and statistics
Vss2Svn/ActionHandler.pm: Remove unused get_current_item_name function
Vss2Svn/Dumpfile.pm: Add "sanity checking" during dumpfile creation to ensure files being created are logical and attempt to take corrective action otherwise
