Bump soname for upstream interface change
Upstream added a few functions, but more importantly, commit
418d64a (Fix a design error in liblzma API, 2009-11-14) changes
the lzma_options_lzma data structure. Bump the soname and mark
functions taking an lzma_options_lzma argument as changed.
