   3 This test verifies that the ORB's connection management mechanism is
   4 functioning properly while using SSLIOP as inter-orb protocol.
   5 It does so by doing the following:

   7         - Starting server with persisten POA.

   9         - Starting client which makes series of invocations using
  10           SSLIOP.

  12         - Crashing the server.

  14         - The client waits for the server to come back and
  15           tries to connect using the same IOR.
