  12 I tried gain with The harddiskrecord program for AHI distribution.

  15 Wavetools has only 16 levels of input gain ranging from 0 (no gain) to
  16 15 (22.5 db gain).
  17 Fixed bug in inputgain now it should work as it was intended.

  20 Misunderstood how inputgain worked, but now it should be fixed.
