   6 This library contains Fortran 90 interface to "C"
   7 language I/O routines.

   9 The Fortran routines call "C" functions, which must
  10 follow a specific symbol naming convention used by your
  11 machine/loader to be linked successfully.
  12 If you are having trouble linking to the routines
  13 in this library, please make sure the appropriate
  14 machine is defined in the "clib.h" file and
  15 recompile the library.
