   6 This Font Installer and the Fonts it installs ("Software") are products
   7 of Design Science, Inc., and protected under U.S. and international
   8 copyright law. By continuing this installation process, you are
   9 agreeing to abide by the restrictions described in this agreement.

  11 Design Science grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software.
  12 You are permitted to make copies of the Fonts to install into printers.
  13 You may distribute unlimited copies of the Software to third parties,
  14 including copies for commercial distribution, as long as each copy is
  15 unmodified from the original. Such third parties are required to abide
  16 by this license agreement.

  18 You may not reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate
  19 the Software. You may not modify the Software or create derived works
  20 from the Software. You are not permitted to distribute the Software with
  21 any implementation of the TeX typesetting system as defined by The TeX
  22 Book, by Donald Knuth. This restriction does not apply to software
  23 products that convert the TeX language to or from other languages or
  24 word processing document file formats.

  28 Limited Warranty

  30 Design Science makes no warranties, including warranties of
  31 merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no
  32 remedies under this warranty. Design Science is not responsible for any
  33 damages incurring from the use of the Software. Some states do not allow
  34 limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may
  35 not apply to you.
