   1 I think my ISP's blocking Tails. I tried accessing the Tor network using Tails on two different computers and failed, which only leads me to believe my ISP is somehow blocking access Tails and Whonix (Whonix won't connect either).

   3 TBB and Liberte, on the other hand, work just fine. Any ideas as to why? How easy would it be for someone to do this? And why?

   5 Also, Tails does occasionally connect. Maybe 5, 10 percent of the time.
