Got an issue that got me wonderin.Im gettin download speeds that do not match the bandwidth mentioned in exit nodes details. Example shown bellow. 

- Tornode1 bandwidth 40.42 KB/s , Actual download speed 70.54 KB/s

Any idea why the mismatch occurs?
