   6 Trademark Owner publishes source code (the "Original Software") at\r
   7 several World Wide Web locations (each a "Website").  These locations\r

  20 Each Website provides Original Software in two parts: A Java virtual\r
  21 machine (the "Virtual Machine") and an API library and tools (the\r
  22 "Library and Tools").\r

  24 Trademark Owner permits any person obtaining a copy of this software\r
  25 (the "Software") that is based on Original Software to use the Name in\r
  26 the package names and version strings of the Software subject to the\r
  27 following conditions:\r

  29   (1) The Software is a substantially complete implementation of the\r
  30       OpenJDK development kit or runtime environment source code\r
  31       retrieved from a single Website, and the vast majority of the\r
  32       Software code is identical to that upstream Original Software,\r
  33       except that:\r
  34 \r
  35         (a) Changes required to port Original Software to new operating\r
  36             systems or hardware architectures are permitted, so long as\r
  37             that work takes place in the context of an approved Project\r
  38             hosted in the OpenJDK Community; and\r
  39 \r
  40         (b) A Virtual Machine from one Website may be combined with the\r
  41             Library and Tools of another Website, so long as the vast\r
  42             majority of the code in each is identical to the\r
  43             corresponding upstream Virtual Machine or Library and Tools\r
  44             component.\r

  46   (2) No permission is hereby granted to use the Name in any other\r
  47       manner, unless such use constitutes "fair use", for example\r
  48       "based on the OpenJDK source code" or "DistroXYZ's packaging of\r
  49       the OpenJDK 6 code".\r

  51   (3) Trademark Owner makes no warranties of any kind respecting the\r
  52       Name, and all representations and warranties, including any implied\r
  53       warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or\r
  54       non-infringement are hereby disclaimed.\r

  56   (4) Finally, this notice and the following legend are included in all\r
  57       copies of the Software or portions of it:\r
