   9 1) % tar -zxvf wmtictactoe-1.1.tar.gz
  10 2) % cd wmtictactoe-1.1/wmtictactoe

  12 as root type:

  14 or copy 'wmtictactoe' somewhere in your $PATH like /usr/local/bin;
  15 5) % wmtictactoe & (or wmtictactoe -h for help)
