   3 wmpower is a Window Maker dock application allowing the user to
   4 graphically see (and set) the power management status of his laptop.

   8 Features:
   9 - It works;
  10 - Battery status display (you choose the battery);
  11 - Both APM and ACPI kernels are supported;
  12 - On ACPI kernels you get fan status and a thermal sensor;
  13 - Direct access to Toshiba hardware: you get fan status
  14   and LCD brightness management even without an APCI kernel;
  15 - While on battery, it can stop your fan, HD
  16   to make the battery last longer; if you have a
  17   Toshiba Laptop, it can also adjust your LCD brightness;
  18 - Fast battery charge mode: you can keep 'on battery'
  19   settings until your battery reaches 100%: this will
  20   make it recharge much faster;
  21 - no-meddling option: if you want the program to display
  22   power manamenegt status, but not to take any action.
  23 - On Toshiba laptops you can use your mouse wheel to adjust
  24   the brightness of your lcd screen.
  25 - Support for Dell laptops for temperature and fan status
