   1 The sources are derived from Bruno Haible's libcharset library included
   2 with libiconv:

   6 The 'update.sh' script in this directory, when pointed at
   7 the original sources updates the files in this directory
   8 (and elsewhere in the GLib distribution) to the new version

  10 The 'make-patch.sh' script in this directory regenerates
  11 the patch files included in this directory from a copy
  12 of the pristine sources and the files in this directory.

  14 The license on the portions from libiconv portions is reproduced
  15 below.
