   4 HTML Purifier 4.0 is a major feature release focused on configuration
   5 It deprecates the $config->set('Ns', 'Directive', $value) syntax for
   6 $config->set('Ns.Directive', $value); both syntaxes work but the
   7 former will throw errors.  There are also some new features:  robust
   8 support for name/id, configuration inheritance, remove nbsp in
   9 the RemoveEmpty autoformatter, userland configuration directives
  10 and configuration serialization.
