   6 HTML Purifier 4.9.1 is a maintenance release, collecting a year
   7 of accumulated bug fixes plus a few new feature.  New features
   8 include support for min/max-width/height CSS, and rgba/hsl/hsla
   9 in color specifications.  Major bugfixes include improvements
  10 in the Serializer cache to avoid chmod'ing directories, better
  11 entity decoding (we won't accidentally encode entities that occur
  12 in URLs) and rel="noopener" on links with target attributes,
  13 to prevent them from overwriting the original frame.

  15 We skipped version 4.9.0, because this version was briefly tagged
  16 in our source repository (and picked up by Packagist), but we
  17 subsequently decided not to officially release it.  This is the
  18 first official release in the 4.9 series.
