   1 HTML Purifier 4.9.3 is a bugfix release, which works around an infinite
   2 loop in PHP 7.1 that occurs when the opcode cache is enabled.  Please
   3 see the upstream PHP bug at https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=74623 for
   4 more information.  There is also a minor bugfix to avoid hitting an
   5 autoloader when the dom extension is not available.
