   5 over a four month period.  It is probably the last release in the 3.x
   6 series.  Notable new features include support for the overflow CSS
   7 property; notable bugfixes include fixed YouTube rendering in certain
   8 versions of Firefox, CSSDefinition Printer, improved early PHP support
   9 and bugs in iconv.
