   5 vulnerability exploitable on Internet Explorer.  It also contains
   6 a number of new features, including dramatically more flexible Flash
   7 support, including %Output.FlashCompat to replace %HTML.SafeEmbed,
   8 optional support for the data: URI scheme and better HTML parsing
   9 capabilities.
