  23 HTML Purifier 4.1 is a major security release that fixes an XSS
  24 vulnerability exploitable on Internet Explorer.  Thanks to Mario
  25 Heiderich for reporting.  It also contains
  26 a number of new features, including dramatically more flexible Flash
  27 support, including %Output.FlashCompat to replace %HTML.SafeEmbed,
  28 optional support for the data: URI scheme and better HTML parsing
  29 capabilities.
