   1 HTML Purifier 4.8.0 is a bugfix release, collecting a year
   2 of accumulated bug fixes.  In particular, we fixed some minor
   3 bugs and now declare full PHP 7 compatibility. The primary
   4 backwards-incompatible change is that HTML Purifier will now
   5 add rel="noreferrer" to all links with target attributes
   6 (you can disable this with %HTML.TargetNoReferrer.)  Other
   7 changes: new configuration options %CSS.AllowDuplicates and
   8 %Attr.ID.HTML5; border-radius is partially supported when
   9 %CSS.AllowProprietary, and tel URIs are supported by default.
