   4 This plugin allows pages or other files to be renamed using the web
   5 interface. Following Unix tradition, renaming also allows moving to a
   6 different directory.

   8 Users can only rename things that they are allowed to edit or upload.

  10 It attempts to fix up links to renamed pages, and if some links cannot be
  11 fixed up, the pages that contain the broken links will be displayed after
  12 the rename.
