   8 After having moved house recently, I found a pile of old
   9 floppies containing various ancient LaTeX2e releases.
  10 Looking through the original 1994/06/01 release I happened
  11 to find a few changes.txt entries that somehow got lost
  12 during conversion to GNU ChangeLog format.  Enclosed is
  13 a patch to recover this intersting part of the history.
  14 It is based on the 9906 test release of changes.txt

  18 P.S.  From the historical point-of-view, it is interesting
  19 to note that files like ltherest.dtx are first mentioned
  20 in mid-1991.  That's way _before_ the last official releases
