  17                 Describes mode that Xen's performance-monitoring unit (PMU)
  18                 uses. Accepted values are
  19                         "off"  -- PMU is disabled
  20                         "self" -- The guest can profile itself
  21                         "hv"   -- The guest can profile itself and, if it is
  22                                   privileged (e.g. dom0), the hypervisor
  23                         "all" --  The guest can profile itself, the hypervisor
  24                                   and all other guests. Only available to
  25                                   privileged guests.
