  16            - stdvga (DRM_BOCHS, qemu -vga std, default in qemu 2.2+)
  17            - qxl (DRM_QXL, qemu -vga qxl, works best with spice)
  18            - virtio (DRM_VIRTIO_GPU), qemu -vga virtio)
