   5 Required properties:
   6 - compatible: Should be "fsl,imx1-rtc" or "fsl,imx21-rtc".
   7 - reg: physical base address of the controller and length of memory mapped
   8   region.
   9 - interrupts: IRQ line for the RTC.
  10 - clocks: should contain two entries:
  11   * one for the input reference
  12   * one for the the SoC RTC
  13 - clock-names: should contain:
  14   * "ref" for the input reference clock
  15   * "ipg" for the SoC RTC clock
