   4 - compatible: should be "mrvl,sa1100-rtc"
   5 - reg: physical base address of the controller and length of memory mapped
   6   region.
   7 - interrupts: Should be two. The first interrupt number is the rtc alarm
   8   interrupt and the second interrupt number is the rtc hz interrupt.
   9 - interrupt-names: Assign name of irq resource.
