An overlay for multi-slotted Lua packages in Gentoo. Compare with mva's lua-overlay, which doesn't quite work for me. Multilib is not currently supported. This overlay uses similar dev-lang/lua* ebuilds to mva's, but the eclass has been rewritten, which hopefully makes the dev-lua/ scaffolding simpler.
For consistency with e.g. python in Gentoo base, the LUA_TARGETS variable requires underscores: e.g.
LUA_TARGETS="lua5_1 lua5_2 lua5_3 luajit2"
