   1 The .sql scripts in this directory are not meant to be run
   2 standalone, although they can be in some cases if you know
   3 what you're doing.  Most of the time you'll want to run the
   4 .php scripts from the command line.  You must run them from
   5 this directory, and the LocalSettings.php file in the
   6 directory above must point to the installation.

   8 The scripts in archive are for updating databases from
   9 older versions of the software.
