Cleaned up properties, many-to-one associations

* Added explicit association key for all
  many-to-one associations.
* Reordered declaration of properties, then
  associations in model classes.
* Added FIXME for duplicated product / store
  association in OrderLineItem.
* Updated product_spec to test for properties
  that exist.
