   1 Afio makes cpio-format archives.  It deals somewhat gracefully with
   2 input data corruption.  Supports multi-volume archives during
   3 interactive operation.  Afio can make compressed archives that are
   4 much safer than compressed tar or cpio archives.  Afio is best used as
   5 an `archive engine' in a backup script.
