   1 1) You may want to adjust the "Optional languages"
   2    section of the Makefile before building this package.

   4 2) The Ada compiler front-end of gcc is itself written
   5    in Ada. Consequently, an Ada compiler must be used
   6    to build it.

   8    Note however that in pkgsrc the lang/gcc-aux and/or
   9    lang/gnat-aux packages, which are substantially newer,
  10    are recommended instead of building the gcc34 Ada
  11    frontend.

  13    If you do wish to build the Ada compiler as part of this
  14    package you can download a pre-built version of gcc 3.4.0
  15    Ada for bootstrapping from:
