   6 ECLIPSE.ORG MAKES AVAILABLE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, INFORMATION AND/OR OTHER
   7 MATERIALS FOR OPEN SOURCE PROJECTS (COLLECTIVELY "CONTENT"). USE OF THE
   8 CONTENT IS GOVERNED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR THE
   9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LICENSE AGREEMENTS OR NOTICES INDICATED OR REFERENCED
  10 BELOW. BY USING THE CONTENT, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT IS

  17 Unless otherwise indicated, all Content made available by Eclipse.org is
  18 provided to you under the terms and conditions of the Common Public License
  19 Version 1.0 ("CPL"). A copy of the CPL is provided with this Content and is
  20 also available at http://www.eclipse.org/legal/cpl-v10.html. For purposes of
  21 the CPL, "Program" will mean the Content.

  23 Content includes, but is not limited to, source code, object code,
  24 documentation and other files maintained in the Eclipse.org CVS repository
  25 ("Repository") in CVS modules ("Modules") and made available as downloadable
  26 archives ("Downloads").

  28 Content may be apportioned into plug-ins ("Plug-ins"), plug-in fragments
  29 ("Fragments"), and features ("Features"). A Feature is a bundle of one or more
  30 Plug-ins and/or Fragments and associated material. Files named "feature.xml"
  31 may contain a list of the names and version numbers of the Plug-ins and/or
  32 Fragments associated with a Feature. Plug-ins and Fragments are located in
  33 directories named "plugins" and Features are located in directories named
  34 "features".

  36 Features may also include other Features ("Included Features"). Files named
  37 "feature.xml" may contain a list of the names and version numbers of Included
  38 Features.

  40 The terms and conditions governing Plug-ins and Fragments should be contained
  41 in files named "about.html" ("Abouts"). The terms and conditions governing
  42 Features and Included Features should be contained in files named
  43 "license.html" ("Feature Licenses"). Abouts and Feature Licenses may be
  44 located in any directory of a Download or Module including, but not limited to
  45 the following locations:

  47 * The top-level (root) directory
  48 * Plug-in and Fragment directories
  49 * Subdirectories of the directory named "src" of certain Plug-ins
  50 * Feature directories

  52 Note: if a Feature made available by Eclipse.org is installed using the
  53 Eclipse Update Manager, you must agree to a license ("Feature Update License")
  54 during the installation process. If the Feature contains Included Features,
  55 the Feature Update License should either provide you with the terms and
  56 conditions governing the Included Features or inform you where you can locate
  57 them. Feature Update Licenses may be found in the "license" property of files
  58 named "feature.properties". Such Abouts, Feature Licenses and Feature Update
  59 Licenses contain the terms and conditions (or references to such terms and
  60 conditions) that govern your use of the associated Content in that directory.
