   3 Permission is hereby granted for the duplication and use of tdir so
   4 long as ALL the following conditions are met:

   6     1) The user of tdir understands and agrees that this is experimental
   7        software which is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties expressed
   8        or implied by TundraWare Inc.

  10      2) The user acknowledges tdir has NOT been tested for:
  11          a) Correct operation
  12          b) Freedom from unintended consequences
  13          c) Any operation or condition which might cause damage to
  14             the user's machine, software, network, or data, or which
  15             might cause any breach of system security of the user's
  16             system(s) or any other systems.

  18      3) By using tdir, the user does so at their own risk and
  19         agrees to hold TundraWare Inc.  harmless for any damage,
  20         direct or indirect, that this software may or does cause to
  21         the user's computational environment, including, but not
  22         limited to, the user's hardware, software, network, or data.
  23         The user further agrees to hold TundraWare Inc. harmless for
  24         any economic damage or any other adverse consequence, direct
  25         or indirect, caused by the use of tdir.

  27      4) If duplicated and/or distributed, no fee beyond reasonable
  28         duplication charges may be charged for tdir.

  30      5) Any distributed copies of tdir  must include all the
  31         originally provided software, documentation, and licensing
  32         information.

  35         licensing information is permitted.

  37 If you do not understand, or cannot abide by any of these conditions,
  38 DO NOT USE tdir.
