   3 <p>Rather than keeping all your questions in one big list,
   4    you can create categories to keep them in.</p>

   6 <p>Each category consists of a name and a short description.</p>

   8 <p>Each category can also be "published", which means
   9    that the category (and all questions in it) will be
  10    available to all courses on this server, so that
  11    other courses can use your questions in their quizzes.</p>

  13 <p>Categories can also be created or deleted at will.
  14    However, if you try to delete a category containing
  15    questions, then you will be asked to specify another
  16    category to move them to.</p>

  18 <p>You can also arrange the categories in a hierarchy so
  19    that they are easier to manage.  The 'Move category to'
  20    field lets you move a category to another category.</p>

  22 <p>By clicking on the arrows in the 'Order' field, you
  23    can change the order in which the categories are listed.</p>
