   3 <p>You may want to download the data displayed in the on-screen
   4 table for further analysis. You can choose between three file
   5 formats for downloaded data.<br /> In each case data will be
   6 presented as a table with appropriate titles, as on the screen. If
   7 the table is paged, all data for all pages will be downloaded in a
   8 single file. </p>

  10 <h2>Excel Spreadsheet format:</h2> <p>You will get an .xls
  11 spreadsheet document.</p>

  13 <h2>OpenOffice Writer format:</h2> <p>The data will we
  14 presented within a table in an OpenOffice .sxw text document.<br />

  16 This format will be available only if you have installed the
  17 PHPWriter library in the /moodle/lib subdirectory.</p>

  19 <h2>Text format</h2> <p>In this case, data will be stored as a
  20 regular text file. A line for each row in the table with data
  21 separated by tabstops.</p>
