MSYS_CONTRIBUTIONS

   1 All contributions will be considered.  You must complete and email the
   2 MSYS_AGREEMENT form to mingw-msysagreement@sourceforge.net for all
   3 contributions.  You the contributor will retain the Copyright of the contributed
   4 intellectual property as well as agree that the MSYS developers also have
   5 Copyright to the intellectual property and can be licensed as they, the MSYS
   6 developers, see fit.

   8 MSYS developers also agree that all licenses for intellectual property
   9 contributions will be "Open Source" in nature so that all can benefit from the
  10 good of the contributor.
