because git doesn't like svn externals, you need to create the following symlinks manually:
kwin/clients/oxygen/lib -> ../../../../runtime/kstyles/oxygen/lib
kwin/clients/ozone/lib -> ../../../../runtime/kstyles/oxygen/lib
