   2    Updated README to reflect new cmake install system, see the README for more
   3    information.  The installation process is quite simple now.
   4    scvim now works quite well on osx, uses Terminal.app instead of xterm.
   5    The help generation is now done in SC, removed dependence on unrtf and unhtml.
