  * Added patch from Otavio Salvador <otavio@debian.org> to add support to
    change menu vertical and horizontal shifting.
  * Added define-clk-tck patch from Timo Aaltonen <tjaalton@cc.hut.fi>.
    It defines CLK_TCK, since the com32 libc API does not have any idea about
    it, and its include files shadow /usr/include/time.h (which would provide
    CLOCKS_PER_SEC).
