   1 This set of CD's may contain packages that are not allowed to be redistributed
   2 due the nature of their respective license.

   4 Clarification of terms:
   5 SDE - System Development Environment
   6 User - the user of a distribution generated with the T2-SDE scripts
   7 Integrator - the user or users of the T2-SDE scripts generating a distribution
   8 Developer - the developers of the T2-SDE providing and developing
   9             the scripts

  11 (1) Users that receive such a set of CD's via public distribution
  12     should report the mis-use to the developers of the T2-SDE
  13
  14 (2) The integrator of this distribution has acknowledged that this
  15     set of CD's may contain packages with a restricted license which
  16     depending on the respective licensing details could restrict
  17     the redistribution of these packages.

  19 (3) The developers of the T2-SDE scripts are not responsible and deny
  20     any liability for the mis-use of their efforts to provide a flexible
  21     system development environment respective distribution build kit.

  23     The developers have added resonable checks to make sure, the
  24     integrator is aware of the licensing issues involved with this
  25     distribution.
