   3 ## Pull once in *good enough* state

   5 Changes proposed by new contributors, or by the patch'n'forget kind,
   6 shall respectively be applied once they are in *good enough* state.
   7 That is, once the core developers team feels like maintaining it on
   8 the long run in case the initial submitter disappears. Such
   9 maintenance includes: polishing the proposed changes to make them fit
  10 for release; writing and updating the design and end-user
  11 documentations; fixing bugs.
