3 If you are a Tails enthusiast, testing ISO images of upcoming releases and
4 future features is a great way to make Tails stronger. If you like playing with
5 new features, identifying problems, and breaking things, then consider
6 subscribing to the tails-testers mailing list.
8 This is where we announce and report back on:
10 - Release candidates for future releases
11 - Feature previews for upcoming improvements
15 <strong>Do not rely on these experimental ISO images for security.</strong><br />
16 Only use them for testing purposes.
23 Two weeks before each release, we publish a release candidate. It has the same
24 features as the upcoming release but needs testing to validate that they are

30 What you can test on them:
32 - The new features, as described in the Changelog, linked from the
34 - Any other feature of Tails, for example the ones listed in our [[manual test

40 Every now and then, we also publish ISO images to test more specifically a new
41 feature we are working on.
43 They are available on <http://nightly.tails.boum.org/> and are announced
44 together with specific testing instructions.
