  30 Conditional compilation flags:

  32         -DTRACE         for debugging (the original command line syntax
  33                          was "[-T [suffix]]"; this has been changed to be:
  34                          "[-T] [-S suffix]" in order to standardize
  35                          command line syntax.  For the moment, BOTH
  36                          forms are acceptable; in the future, the original
  37                          form will be dropped to eliminate the optional
  38                          argument to the option T.
  39         -DVFORK         for UCB Vax/Unix with the vfork system call.
  40         -DCHDIR         compile in undocumented chdir (cd) command
  41         -DLISP          compile in lisp hacks
  42         -DUCVISUAL      compile in code to handle \ escapes for visual on
  43                          upper case only terminals.
