51 You navigate to an object by calling <span sdata="cer" target="M:System.Windows.Navigation.NavigationService.Navigate(System.Object)">Navigate</span>. If the object is an instance of a custom class, WPF will navigate to it and display it in the navigation host (for example, <span sdata="cer" target="T:System.Windows.Controls.Frame">Frame</span> or <span sdata="cer" target="T:System.Windows.Navigation.NavigationWindow">NavigationWindow</span>), but WPF won't know what controls to use to display it. Consequently, it displays the value that is returned by the <span sdata="langKeyword" value="ToString"><span class="keyword">ToString</span></span> method of the object.
